Manual – Using only 2001+ Cores with the later design
Synchronizer Assemblies all our units are built with all brand new
bearings, seals, synchronizer rings & thrust washers. We’re
also the only remanufacturer we know of that
builds our NV5600’s with a custom re-inforced
Mainshaft 6th Gear, notorious for
breaking, our units solve this problem. We can also offer custom
conversion units with the smaller input shaft that will bolt into existing
5 speed applications & retain the use of the original
clutch/flywheel.
NV4500 5 Speed
Manual - All our units are built with all brand new bearings, seals,
synchronizer rings & thrust washers. More importantly, our units are
upgraded with the latest design mainshaft to
prevent the all too common ‘no 5th gear’ issue and
a Cast Iron Extension Housing, rather than the factory aluminum piece.

we still offer completely remanufactured units with all brand new
bearings, seals, synchronizer rings & thrust washers as well as shift
